Safe Glass has always believed in Quality over any other aspect while manufacturing their products. We have been ensuring that we meet all standards of Quality when we process glasses at our factory into different forms. Following are the different types of Glass Products we manufacture at our factory!

SAFE CERAMIC PRINTED GLASS

Ceramic Printing is a permanent printing solution which adds aesthetics and purpose to a normal glass. The desired color and pattern are printed on glass followed by heat treatment which fuses the ink into glass thereby making the layer a single permanent structure. Our technical team is well equipped and strive constantly to meet your expectation. We incorporate specifically designed screens and inks to meet your requirements. Our team of experts in coherence with our manufacturing line, ensure best print quality and flaw free finished product.

  • Stove Glasses – Safe stove glasses are manufactured from the highest quality 4mm/5mm/6mm glass suitable for both existing and discontinued stoves. Although it is called stove glass the material is actually a see through glass which after processing and tempering can withstand high temperatures. With its unique composition and processing it is capable of withstanding great pressures and temperatures. Our stove glass can be made to measureand cut to size to find a specific fit to suit your stove.
  • Lighting Glasses – We manufacture a vast range of ceramic printed glasses used in the lighting industry. These specific ceramic printed and tempered glasses are widely used in lighting industry and display panel glasses for architectural and commercial purposes. All our ceramic printed glasses for the lighting industry are made with specific care on the print quality and also the various complex shapes that may arise due to the same. Our team of technicians ensure your aesthetic and engineering demands are met with the finest detailing of ceramic on the glasses.
  • Microwave oven door Glass : We use inorganic color ink to print graphics through a special screen onto glass, Further more the ceramic ink is Melted and fuses the colorant into glass surface in a tempering furnace. Therefore a non-fading, multicolor, graphic silkscreen glass is manufactured. This is Widely used in home appliance ovens.
The size and shape of the glass can be specifically made as by customer.

SAFE TUFF

Toughened glass is safer because when broken, the pieces reduce to numerous granule fragments with no large jagged ends. SAFE TUFF represents consistent quality of glass with negligible distortion. Tempered glass is used in modern glass façade and automobiles, where glass strength is required. We at Safe Glass manufacture FLAT AND BEND TOUGHEND GLASS.

SAFE BEND TUFF

Toughened glass is safer because when broken, the pieces reduce to numerous granule fragments with no large jagged ends. SAFE TUFF represents consistent quality of glass with negligible distortion. Tempered glass is used in modern glass façade and automobiles, where glass strength is required. We at Safe Glass manufacture FLAT AND BEND TOUGHEND GLASS.

SAFE BEND

SAFE BEND is a type of hot bending process. In hot bending, we use moulds, which allow the glass to adopt the desired form. The glass, as well as the mould, is then heated up to 580–600 °C.Bending is solely based on gravity. The shape is then slowly cooled to avoid any residual tension in the glass.

SAFE FROST

Frosted glass is produced by the sandblasting or acid etching of clear sheet glass. This creates a pitted surface on one side of the glass pane and has the effect of rendering the glass translucent by scattering the light which passes through, thus blurring images while still transmitting light. With our advanced semi automatic vertical frosting machine line we ensure consistent and even frosting for all glasses.

SAFE LAMI

Laminated glass is a safety and security glass that is made by sandwiching a laminated sheet between two pieces of glass. The sheet in the middle of the glass helps in sticking the glass pieces to it when the glass is broken. The laminated glass is designed to prevent it from shattering into pieces and thus ensures safety.

SAFE DGU

Insulating glass units (IGUs) are manufactured with glass in range of thickness from 4 to 10 mm or more in special applications. Laminated or tempered glass may also be used as part of the construction. Most units are produced with the same thickness of glass used on both panes but special applications such as acoustic attenuation or security may require wide ranges of thicknesses to be incorporated in the same unit. We use the best quality spacers and adhesive to ensure optimum quality.
